Thank you coach Milton, I really feel a lot more fluent in my breathing and my arms when I’m running, there is a lot of areas your training help me improve in the game of football, such as balance, and strength. I might be returning in the summer before summer camp, but i want to for sure stay in touch with you. Thank you for all the knowledge you have instilled in me. None of this could be made possible without 1st god, and last but not least you. Thanks for everything once again, and i will be sure to keep in touch. Tell the family i said hello.

Titus’ thoughtful statement came after only five training sessions with Coach Qualls.

It does not take long to improve when your source of improvement comes from physical, mental, and spiritual energy.
